Umble Reserve – Norbey’s Caturron

Description

Umble Reserve is our high-end, rotating single origin line of roasts.  These are limited batch roast coffees, so that we can keep a fresh rotation of great coffee offerings.  Order before this batch is gone!

This light roasted coffee is from Colombia.  What makes it so unique is it’s only one varietal – Caturron.  Almost all coffees use multiple varietals, but this one just has one. It’s honey processed.  We get tasting notes of cherry, kiwi, and brown sugar.  Tasting notes really shine in the smell of the dry grounds, but you can also taste these notes in the coffee itself.
