Umble Reserve – Felipe’s Anaerobic

Description

Umble Reserve is our high-end, rotating single origin line of roasts.  These are limited batch roast coffees, so that we can keep a fresh rotation of great coffee offerings.  Order before this batch is gone!

This light roasted coffee is from Colombia.  What makes it so unique is it’s anaerobically processed with the juice from coffee cherries!  We get tasting notes of honey, orange, and caramel.  Tasting notes really shine in the smell of the dry grounds, but you can also taste these notes in the coffee itself.
