This time, we're heading back to Colombia for a light roast that’s got a little secret. Most coffees are a blend of different coffee plants, but this one is 100% Caturron. Think of it like a solo artist stepping into the spotlight. That single-varietal focus gives it a super clean flavor that really stands out.
And if that wasn't cool enough, this coffee is also honey processed, which basically means it's processed in a way that brings out some seriously sweet, juicy flavors. We're picking up notes of cherry, kiwi, and brown sugar. You can smell it when you grind the beans, but the flavor really punches through in the cup.
