TL;DR

A rare peaberry coffee from the high, volcanic slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Expect a sweet, vibrant cup with brown sugar, raisin, dark chocolate, and a bright pop of lime, plus the clarity and complexity that make peaberries so memorable.

BROWN SUGAR    RAISINS    DARK CHOCOLATE    LIME    STEWED TOMATOES

Some coffees tell a story through flavor. Others tell one through the place they come from. This one does both.

Grown on the fertile southern slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, this Tanzanian coffee benefits from volcanic soil, cool mountain temperatures, shade trees, and glacier-fed rivers. The result is a cup that is bright and approachable, with brown sugar, raisin, dark chocolate, lime, and yes, stewed-tomato notes.

What makes this coffee especially unique is that it is a peaberry - a small, round coffee seed that gives this already remarkable origin another story worth telling.

STORIES WORTH TELLING

PEABERRY

Most coffee cherries contain two seeds that grow pressed together inside the fruit. Every now and then, a cherry produces just one small, round seed instead. That natural variation is called a peaberry, and it shows up in only about 10% of coffee cherries.

Because that single seed receives all of the cherry's nutrients, coffee lovers often prize peaberries for their concentrated sweetness, clarity, and complexity. Tiny seed. Big personality.

SHADE GROWN

This coffee grows beneath a canopy of shade trees. That slower, gentler growing environment gives the coffee fruit more time to develop sweetness and complexity before harvest.

Those trees do more than help the cup taste great. They also protect the soil, support wildlife, and create a healthier growing environment. Shade grown is not just a farming detail - it is part of the story behind a better cup.

MOUNT KILIMANJARO, TANZANIA

Every great coffee story needs a setting. This one begins on the southern slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's tallest mountain, where high elevation and volcanic soil set the stage for something special.

That setting helps make Kilimanjaro Peaberry both vibrant and balanced: a coffee with bright fruit, deep sweetness, and a real sense of place in every cup.

BREW IT YOUR WAY

Brew it as a pour-over when you want to chase every fruit-forward detail, or make it in your favorite drip brewer for a memorable morning mug. Either way, give it a moment to cool and let the story open up.
